The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that it is constrained to suspend the services of DFA Bacolod (Negros Occidental) today (3 August 2018) starting at 2:00 p. m., and until further notice, due to flooding caused by heavy rain.

Applicants with confirmed passport appointments today at 2 pm onwards will be accommodated at later dates which will be announced once the consular office reopens.
