The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wishes to inform the public that DFA Consular Offices nationwide will suspend their operations on 31 October 2019 fom 12 noon onwards pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 69 from the Office of the President. 

 

Applicants with confirmed appointments from 12 noon onwards on 31 October, who would be unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations, will be accommodated on any working day until 29 November during regular office hours.
