The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that its office at ASEANA Business Park and all DFA Consular Offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be closed on Saturday, 09 November 2019 due to training of its officers and staff. Regular operations and services will resume on Monday, 11 November 2019.

Applicants with confirmed appointments on 09 November 2019, who will be unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations, will be accommodated on any working day until 29 November during regular office hours.
