The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that all consular offices including the office at ASEANA Business Park will be closed on Tuesday, 25 February 2020, in observance of EDSA Revolution Anniversary, a special non-working holiday. Regular operations and services will resume on Wednesday, 26 February 2020.

Applicants with confirmed appointments who will be unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accommodated until 25 March 2020 during regular office hours, except on Saturdays.
