17 March 2020 - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that due to disruptions in the services of its logistics partners following the declaration of an enhanced community quarantine in the whole of Luzon effective 17 March 2020, there will be delays in the production, delivery, and availability of passports in its Consular Offices (CO) nationwide until normal operations resume once the quarantine period ends.
