20 December 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Tuguegarao (CO Tuguegarao) will be closed on 21 and 22 December 2020 due to flooding in the region, in line with E.O. 148 s. 2020 of the City of Tuguegarao.


CO Tuguegarao will resume its regular operations on Wednesday, 23 December 2020.


Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information:

  • - Name
  • - Date of birth
  • - Original appointment date and time
  • - Preferred date and time of new appointment

The preferred new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 23 December 2020 to 23 January 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (9:00AM to 4:00PM).
