20 January 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Tuguegarao (CO Tuguegarao) will be closed 20-29 January 2020 pursuant to Executive Order 14 s. 2021 of the City of Tuguegarao placing the city under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).


CO Tuguegarao will resume its regular operations on Monday, 01 February 2021.


Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information:


  • - Name
  • - Date of birth
  • - Original appointment date and time
  • - Preferred date and time of new appointment

The preferred new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 01 February 2020 to 01 March 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (9:00AM to 4:00PM).
