30 April 2021 – With the extended duration of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in the National Capital Region and in the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal, the Authentication/Apostille operations of the Office of Consular Affairs in Metro Manila will provide services with limited capacity from 03 to 14 May 2021.

Please be advised that the schedules are still subject to sudden changes due to unforeseen circumstances or implemented policies of local governments and establishments which host DFA Consular Offices.
Anyone entering our Consular Offices will be subjected to a temperature check prior to entry and will be required to wear a mask and a face shield and must follow any other public health measures in place while inside the CO premises.
We wish to reiterate that the number of persons allowed inside our COs at any given time is limited. This is in accordance with the prescribed social distancing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
