01 July 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that the Consular Office in Baguio City (CO Baguio) will undergo a major renovation starting 21 June 2021, which could go on for two to three months.


Due to limited space and in compliance with existing COVID-19 related protocols, CO Baguio will be implementing the following adjustments in its operations while the renovation is ongoing:



RELEASING SECTION:


Releasing of passports will only be done between 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM



COURTESY LANE AVAILMENT


Applicants who wish to avail of the Courtesy Lane (Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities, Solo Parents, Pregnant, Minors 7 years old and Below, and OFWs) must secure an appointment by emailing CO Baguio (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with the subject Courtesy Lane Availment and containing the following information:


  • Full Name (First name, Middle Name, Last Name)
  • Category (ex. Senior citizen)
  • Birthday (MM-DD-YYYY)
  • Type of Application (new, renewal or replacement of lost passport)
  • Preferred Date and Time of Appointment
  • Attach proof of status (ex. PWD ID, solo parent ID) and/or proof of urgency

Emailed confirmation from CO Baguio should be printed out and presented at the CO on the day of appointment.


Applicants are also requested to print and accomplish application forms and present these on the day of their appointment.

Applicants are reminded to bring all applicable requirements, printout of application packet and/or forms, and their own ballpen.
