The Department of Foreign Affairs advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) in Calasiao, located at Robinsons Place Pangasinan, are suspended from 13-17 September 2021. All affected passport appointments during this period will be rescheduled at the soonest possible time.
Two (2) CO Calasiao personnel have been infected with COVID-19, while further testing is pending for another suspected case, and other personnel have been identified as close contacts. As such, the CO has temporarily suspended operations to conduct thorough disinfection of its premises and to comply with the isolation and quarantine guidelines imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for Emerging Infectious Diseases.
Affected applicants for this period will receive an email providing them the details of their alternative passport appointment.
The Department requests the public's understanding as it continues to adhere to prescribed measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. END
