The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) NCR Central, located in Robinsons Galleria, Quezon City, which was suspended from September 13 to 17, 20201, is further suspended until 24 September 2021.

CO NCR Central’s 10 COVID-19 infected personnel, and those which have been exposed as close contacts, continue to be in isolation and in quarantine, respectively, pursuant to the guidelines imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases and the Department of Health.

Affected applicants for this period will receive an email providing them the details of their alternative passport appointment.

The Department requests the public's continued understanding as it adheres to the prescribed measures against the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of its personnel and the applicants. END.
