PARAÑAQUE CITY, 23 FEBRUARY 2023 – The public is informed that operations in DFA Aseana, all Consular Offices and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) throughout the country are suspended on 24 February 2023, pursuant to Proclamation no. 167 by the Office of the President declaring the said date as a Special Non-Working Holiday. Applicants for consular services with confirmed appointments in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices and TOPS sites will be accommodated from Monday, 27 February 2023 to Monday, 27 March 2023. TOPS applicants will be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from Monday, 27 February 2023 to Monday, 27 March 2023. TOPS applicants are advised to follow the same time slot of their appointment.
