Affected applicants for consular services with confirmed appointment on Monday, 23 September 2024, in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be rescheduled as follows:
FOR PASSPORT APPLICANTS:

Affected passport applicants at DFA Aseana and Consular Offices (COs) in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be accommodated from Tuesday, 24 September 2024 to Thursday, 24 October 2024, at their respective original appointment site.
Meanwhile, affected TOPS applicants will be accommodated from Tuesday, 24 September 2024 to Thursday, 24 October 2024, at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs). Said applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment. Passport Releasing Service Center at Double Dragon Meridian Park, Pasay City will also suspend its operations starting 3:00 P.M. on Monday, 23 September 2024, and will resume operations on Tuesday, 24 September 2024. Any passport releases scheduled on the said date will be rescheduled on the next working day.

- Affected Authentication applicants with confirmed appointments at DFA-Aseana will be accommodated on the following dates:

Applicants may refer to their Official Receipts or Authentication Slips of the releasing date and time for reference.
