14 to 15 October 2024 – The public is advised that the operations of the Department of Foreign Affairs - Consular Office NCR West are suspended on Monday and Tuesday, 14 to 15 October 2024, pursuant to the Office of the President’s Memorandum Circular No. 66 dated 10 October 2024 due to the opening of the 10th Session of the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (APMCDRR) on 14 to 18 October 2024 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Manila.

Affected passport and authentication applicants with confirmed appointments on 14 to 15 October 2024, will be accommodated at the DFA Consular Office (in SM City Manila) within 30 days starting Wednesday, 16 October 2024, until Friday, 15 November 2024 during regular working days at their original time of appointment.
