ISABELA 11 November 2024 - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Santiago City, Isabela will be closed on Tuesday, 12 November 2024, pursuant to the Executive Order No. 2024-11-03 dated 11 November 2024, issued by the City Mayor of Santiago, Atty. Alyssa Sheena P. Tan, due to the inclement weather brought by Typhoon “Nika”.

Regular consular operations and services will resume on Wednesday, 13 November 2024.
