PAMPANGA 26 November 2024 - The public is informed of the CLOSURE of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in Olongapo City effective 28 November 2024. All affected TOPS applicants are advised to visit the DFA Consular Office (CO) in Olongapo City or the DFA CO in San Fernando, Pampanga to continue with their respective Passport Applications beginning 09 December 2024, Monday.
