MANILA 18 December 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that in view of AIR21’s Service Advisory and for continuity of effective and effective passport services to the public, all passport deliveries availed via the courier service delivery option in the Online Appointment System (OAS) (www.passport.gov.ph) shall now be fulfilled by LBC Express Inc. The DFA assures the public that all affected passport applications will be received through LBC Express Inc.

To ensure a seamless transition to the new courier service provider, a customer service representative will contact applicants whose passport deliveries are affected by the change in courier service providers. Once contacted, affected passport applicants may seek a follow-up through:
