PARAÑAQUE CITY, 18 December 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public of the cessation of operations of the Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) in DoubleDragon Plaza and Uptown Mall effective 31 December 2024.

All affected returning TOPS DoubleDragon and TOPS Uptown applicants will be accommodated at DFA-OCA Aseana, Aseana Business Park, Bradco Avenue, corner Diosdado Macapagal Blvd, Parañaque City starting 23 December 2024 onwards from 08:00 am - 04:00 pm, Monday - Friday (except weekends, holidays, and work suspensions).
