13 January 2025 – The public is advised that the operations of the Department of Foreign Affairs - Consular Office NCR West located at the 5th floor of SM City Manila is suspended on Monday, 13 January 2025, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 76 dated 10 January 2025, in connection with the National Rally for Peace organized by the Iglesia ni Cristo.

Affected passport and authentication applicants with confirmed appointments on 13 January 2025, will be accommodated at the DFA Consular Office (in SM City Manila) within 30 days starting Tuesday, 14 January 2025, until Thursday, 13 February 2025 during regular working days at their original time of appointment..
